Leadership enables the success of organisations. Leadership has the intent and potential to mobilise organisations towards their stated goals and strategic objectives. It’s through effective leadership that organisations set sail for their stated financial, cultural, social and other goals. One of the areas of leadership less talked about is the notion of “fellowship”. I was first introduced to the theory on Fellowship by Barbara Kellerman of Harvard Business School several years ago. It made a profound impact on me and is one of the strong symptoms of effective leadership. In fact without fellowship you don’t get that all important discretionary effort that drives organisations towards their true potential.

I think it’s critical to invest time, money and effort into the leadership capability and capacity of an organisation. It’s essential to understand the current leadership base line of you as a leader or of your leadership group.

The Leadership Program

Harvard Managementor Online Modules

Participants will access the Harvard ManageMentor® platform to research each topic. HMM is an online course platform with engaging content, including videos, articles, downloadable tools and podcasts. Access the Harvard ManageMentor® platform to research each topic in the program and learn critical skills for leadership development.

In-Person Discussion Sessions

Each topic incorporates a 2-hour discussion and implementation session hosted by Adrian Hondros in CUB’s Sydney & Melbourne Clubhouses. Attend this session with a group of up to 12 fellow CUB members dedicated to growing as a leader.

Personalised Advisory

Personalised one-on-one guidance ensures the implementation of the systems and lessons learned during the program. You will work with Adrian Hondros through two, one-on-one coaching and advisory sessions to reinforce skills from the program.

Executive Coaching & Assessment

With executive coaching from Boston Global you will complete a personal assessment and 360 from Birkman® to learn how people experience you. Working closely with your Executive Coach, you will develop an Action Plan to fill gaps in your knowledge and skills.
