TAL recognised the need to enhance leadership consistency and effectiveness across mid-to-senior management to drive strategic growth. The leadership program sought to address several critical challenges while leveraging key opportunities for development.

Training & Development Approach

The Leadership & Professional Development program provided to TAL was a structured combination of online learning, workshops and custom certifications, tailored to their leadership development goals.

Harvard ManageMentor Modules

TAL engaged with six leadership modules from Harvard ManageMentor, focusing on core areas such as decision-making, performance management and strategic thinking. As the program progressed, TAL expanded their learning journey by adding four more modules, bringing the total to ten modules as leadership needs evolved.

Workshops

In-person workshops facilitated by Adrian provided participants with opportunities to apply the principles learned in the modules. These interactive workshops included real-world exercises, collaborative problem-solving and leadership discussions aimed at bridging the gap between theory and practical application.

Custom Certification

Upon completing the program, TAL’s leadership team was awarded a custom certification to formally recognise their mastery of the leadership skills covered in the program. The certification marked a milestone in their development journey and reinforced their commitment to leadership excellence.

To address TAL’s leadership development needs, the following steps were implemented

Implemented six initial modules, with an additional four added later, tailored to TAL’s specific leadership requirements. Modules focused on skills such as decision-making, team management and performance optimisation.

Regular one-on-one coaching sessions were provided to both senior and middle management, allowing them to reflect on learning outcomes and apply new leadership strategies in their day-to-day roles.

Interactive Workshops

In-person workshops reinforced online learning through real-world leadership exercises, collaborative feedback, and role-playing scenarios, ensuring that TAL’s leadership teams could apply their skills in practical business situations.
